...Finding a great one is a lot harder. I had to sell my house and was not in the local area, so I had my Realtor friend interview a whole bunch of local Realtors for me to find the right one. Thankfully she found Stephanie. Stephanie took care of all the little details that would have stressed me out and got multiple offers quickly. Even though she runs her own team, you would never know since she is responsive, has great follow-up and is just all around professional. "Stephanie was such a pleasure to work with! My wife and I were looking to buy a house to move from out of state to Florida. Stephanie took such good care of us, and was even willing to drive out of her immediate service area to help us look for the home of our dreams. She worked tirelessly to make sure we found the perfect home, and was by our side every step of the way from searching through closing. Stephanie was very knowledgeable about the market and about all of the documents and legal paperwork needed to close on a home. She kept on top of everything and did a wonderful job keeping the whole process on track.You can tell from her demeanor and positive energy that she really enjoys what she does. "Stephanie went above and beyond to sell my house for me. I am a widow with 4kids, she was respectful of how hard it was to list the house we’d lived in for 18 yrs together. She was patient, professional, walked me through the process step by step. At the last minute, the sale of my home came together, and in the pouring rain she helped me packed my car with a few items I thought I had more time to pack. She couldn’t do enough to facilitate documents and handle all of the negotiations with integrity and honesty! I highly recommend using her as your agent! She’s very knowledgeable and compassionate. You’ll be glad you choose company to represent your interests when selling your house! She sold my house within four days and we closed very quickly for above the asking price!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Stephanie. There is not one negative thing I could or would have to say about the job she did for my family."

"It was wonderful working with Stephanie and the Rose Group. During the height of the epidemic in 2020, I was able to sell one home and later purchase another one with Stephanie. Stephanie was always available, either a phone, email or text away. She helped us find honest and affordable electricians, plumbers, etc to fix whatever we needed to fix while we were selling our house. When we were shopping for a new house, she was able to negotiate the price and fight for us. She has the experience and expertise and knows how to deal with people, with both her clients and the people on the other side of the transaction. My wife and I liked her immediately after talking to her on the phone and then meeting her in person. I recommend her for your real estate needs.
